When entering vehicles, sometimes CJ let the door open instead of closing after entering the car. 

My question is:

What you need to press or do for it to happen?

Ninja Jack Glitch

The ninja jack glitch allows the player to kill the driver of a vehicle while hijacking it from the passenger side. This can be done by entering a car from the passenger side and holding the 'sprint' or 'jump'-button and 'move forward' just before the player sits down on the passenger seat. When done correctly, CJ will skip closing the passenger door and push the driver out, who instantly falls to their death. This also eliminates the possibility of the driver retaliating. Its term was popularized by multi-player communities where it is sometimes used to grief other players. This glitch is not present in the Definitive Edition.

Wait, CJ only leave the door opened from the passenger door? i thought the driver door had this "feature" too :<

Also, does that mean it is the result of a glitch that CJ leave the door opened? it aren't an actual feature?

This is an option but not the same thing.. CJ can also leave the door open with this trick without entering from the passenger door

I usually hold the shift button when entering/leaving a vehicle to drive/park a vehicle to keep the door open

You mean when CJ enters a car, sometimes he leave the door open and just drives away like in this video at 2:37? 

Well if that's the case, then you just need to press the drive button immediately while CJ is still getting in the car.

I second the above: you need to immediately start driving. I think that occasionally if you slow down, CJ will reach out and close the door.
