LS car meet Reward vehicle pursuit series issue

So, for this weeks reward car you need 5 consecutive days of top 3 wins. It is not counting mine.  I should be on day 4 of 5 and am only on day 2. I have started races from within the LS car meet and from the area outside. I cannot find a pattern to get races to count.  This morning alone I got a 3rd, 1st(from the area outside of LS) and 2nd(starting the race from inside) and none of them counted towards my total. I am still at 2 of 5.  My second race was last night. My 3rd race was this morning.  Is this a 24 hour window issue? I have not had this issue with other rewards where need to finish in top 3 or 1st or whatever.  This one is annoying me

Not that will help this week but figured out how to get races to count.  After race that finish top 3, I had to do another race after that(do not have to finish top 3 but have to compete in the race.  If quit, before that 2nd race, the top 3 finish would not be recorded). If completed race after top 3, then I could go to LS car meet and it would add a day of the challenge as completed.  Good thing I can try to solve issue because R* support was SH!T for help.  Thy could not even see that when I started this thread that I had the 2 of 5 completed.  Ridiculous....
