Spawning peds based on zone and gang density (cleo)

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knows the correct upcodes to make a ped spawn based on gang density instead of a specific ped spawn (like seen in the burglary houses)

but what is it you mean ? i dont get it  "instead of a specific ped spawn (like seen in the burglary houses)" you mean random peds ? what kind of peds you want to density for  ? gangs or normal pedestrian ? ill make script for you

For example certain coordinates in general let's use Grove St revival remake as an example,  it is a good script  I actually already changed his custom ped Ids to 105 106 107 but if the Ballas on Grove I would like it to be there ids hanging outside instead

If you go inside a house in Ballas territory Ballas will be on the couch but if you go in the same area after Grove St owns it there will be fam 1 2 or 3 waiting inside , the upcoming most be somewhere it's just hiding like colonel furhbur
