GTA Online Patch 1.56 Bug Thread [All Platforms] - 26 April 2022

For the first time ever, i lost all RPG and EMP launcher ammo. Maybe because i used the weapons work bench in my MOC, usually i only buy ammo in my Agency.

 

And for some reason i can't customize my Pegassi Zentorno in the LSCM. i only wanted to paint it white and give it more bright lights. No there is no option to customize it. Not sure if this is a new thing or not.

not new to me

I've lost like 500k-1mil worth of ammo since I started playing the game

happens most when you mess with public lobbies and whatnot

I left the LSCM and drove in it again, and i still couldn't customize it. Then i used my Schlagen GT and that worked fine.

 

Well i will try it again tomorrow.

 

Edit: I was able to customize my Zentorno in LSCM, it really was just a temporary bug.

R* stated they will be fixing the bookmark issues on the next title update per my ticket I submitted.

just did a nightclub pop mission with a missed payment making it 20% from the top, and 1 still filled it.

So it's at least 20%?

A bug i've noticed since this patch is that when you switch between your two online characters it resets their walk style. Might be a small thing but it drives me crazy lol.

 

I've also been getting the one when you spawn in your Arcade, it fades to black then teleports you standing up not too far away.

 

I was getting Nightclub spawn bug as well that made you fall through the map and land at the airport but that seems to have been fixed now? Hasn't happened in a while.

Never mind Nightclub spawn bug has not been fixed. Happened to me twice today.

Where's my car during race win screen? Used to be behind me. Now almost never is.

 

Where's my windows in my cars that have been in the casino penthouse parking (I think)? New session, car spawns without windows.

GTAO uses the 'Quick Resume' function of Series, but f*cking terribly. You simply cannot restart a suspended game state reliably, either the Game Services are "down" or it throws some other error message. So why support it? It's just a tickbox on your xbox dev account, right? Turn the f*cking thing off.

 

At least it's stopped throwing the "you have been permanently banned" error though, that was fun.

They might have meant for it to be used in Story Mode which I'm assuming works just fine, but GTAO yeaaaah... much like putting your PC to sleep that's gonna ruin it.

Thing is unless I missed it, they control it, not me. I can't disable it per game or even system wide. So everyone with GTAO will be constantly hit by errors.

No no I know, the point I was trying to make is that it's the same app for both Story Mode and Online so them ticking that box will make it apply to Online too, which will be buggy as you reported. They'd probably have to disable it for both modes at once.

I don't know about you, but I perfer my apps to start cleanly and fresh.

Does any one else have a weird shadow issue with the buzzcut haircut? It looks like dark patches of hair on the back of the head and a few spots on the side. I'm on PS5 and this started after I switched to the E&E version.
