El Rubio's Staff prefer Professional Robbers

I recently graduated from a rookie robber to a "Kosatka Professional". And I started thinking about all those arms dealers in Los Santos that I used to visit and how their lives changed. I came to the conclusion they welcome and love the professional robbers. Here's why...

Rookie- Will do every disruption mission to minimize resistance

Professional- Will skip every disruption mission since they learned how to get through 100% stealth and save a lot of time. And they are not afraid to get caught after scoping the prime target to get a quick ride back to the air strip.

And let's not forget everyone on the Island who hate the rookie even more. Especially the ones with hemorrhoids and those who developed hemorrhoids due to non stop 💩. See a professional don't have to bother looking for that cutting powder because of reasons above. As a rookie, the first thing I always made sure to do was find that powder but not anymore. So the only ones who still hate the professionals are the ones who have the bad luck of being assigned to areas the professionals take during the robbery who must get shot. Shout out to the dudes who get assigned to the upper stair well of El Rubio's office as we learned how to just sneak past them.

Now, I can't say I'm a true professional yet so their not out of the woods in my case. Like I said, I'm a "Kosatka Professional" which means I do the Kosatka approach and found a routine that works 100% of my visits and I learned how not to trigger the alarm. But one day I will start trying new approaches and I will at least have to take out those buzzards just in case until I get good at the new approaches. The true professional comes in 2 forms. The ones who mastered all the approaches with stealth and the ones who don't care and not afraid to just go in hot and are good at it.

If you are still new to facing El Rubio, do not feel bad about what you do to them out of fear and bad nerves. We were all there. I look at it as revenge for those times you had your a$$ handed to you before you learned how to stay in the submarine during the Kosatka prep mission for example. All those times you got boddied by npcs with 120% accuracy when first starting out is a good reason to be extra cautious and do all those disruption missions. But once you get your groove you will be delighted at getting 1.5 million for an hour of fun instead of 2+ hours. (I used to wait for good weather before taking out the buzzards with my guided missiles).

So how would you say your relationship with El Rubio's staff is today?

I’ve never met them.  Paige is still waiting to be let out of my basement as well.

Sometimes I'll spend a good half an hour just running them over at the airstrip... I have a couple gigabytes of photos but Im still going for that perfect shot. They seem super friendly too. Beep Beep! 💩

Sounds like fun. Maybe one day I will just get rid of the buzzards and spend some quality time on the Island. There were times I triggered the alarms and had some fun killing everyone in the compound before I cared about the Elite challenge 😅

El Rubio's staff can't prefer anything after I've killed them all

Longfin + Cutting Torch = King

Just because you selected Main Dock or North Dock, doesn't mean you MUST dock there, you can always re-route to the Airstrip, grab the 2 Cocaine if that's where they are... and if there's no Guard Uniform, get back in the boat and go to the Drainage Tunnel. Once you're out the Main Gate, grab the Manchez Scout and bike south into the ocean and keep swimming. Elite Challenge guaranteed.

I usually average between 1.2-1.5ish million each visit no matter what's in the basement. Given how quickly this heist can be done, I don't make a big deal over a couple hundred thousand difference. So for now I just take what's available at the main dock hoping for coke then haul out in the boat. There's times I get 2 cokes right by the docks in one place. If there's a painting I only hope for 1 kilo. Yesterday, I actually got 2 paintings in the office so there was no need to go anywhere else but over the cliff for a swim. If I do any other approaches, it will be for fun to make things more interesting but it will not make a difference on how much I take home.

Cutting powder is the one thing I still do. It's not too far out of my way and with my group of (bumbling idiot) friends, having that extra insurance is nice. Those guards still hate me. 😁

This is during the initial scope out. Everyobe is friendly at the airfield. And sometimes the aircraft carrier is nearby and you can steal a jet or cargobob from it.

I wish we had a non-lethal loadout, police baton instead knife, stun gun as handgun, a tranquilizer dart rifle as a sniper rifle and tear gas grenades. Maybe even with an own prep mission, stealing it from the LSPD.

If cutting powder is in the area then I'll add it but 9/10 the one place I look (the shed just after the checkpoint) it's rarely ever there and I skip it because I don't get caught because I'm '100% stealth'.

Longfin + Cutting Torch and if the guard clothes are there be silly not to and if a supply truck is nearby then winner!

I won't actively go looking for things though.

Usually, I'll scope out and see what's worth my time. It varies but depending on where secondary targets are will usually determine my approach vehicle. It's one of the great things about this heist, lots of options, lots of possibilities.

The real pros can go in and out of there without being spotted and killing a single guard 😉

If you're one of those kinds of pros, they probably leave you a beer on the low at the exit 😅🍺

Nothing beats the guy who added me in RS social club whose Snapmatic feed was nothing but dozens of photos of dead prostitutes. Some were quite artistic. Good lighting, nice composition. He even used the RS editor to take creative 3rd party shots of him using all maner of instrument on them before and after death.

It was quite impressive.....in a creepy serial killer kind of way.
