Casino Prize Wheel - Won car but game kicked me out of menu and didn't receive car.

Hello, I won the Schlagen GT today. When I won it I opened my phone to look up a spreadsheet I have of my vehicles to decide best garage to place it in. When I decided I started to move around the menu and at that point the game kicked me out of the menu...and the car was not in any of my garages because I didn't get a chance to select one.

How do I submit a ticket? I haven't done it in literally years from when I was having disappearing sniper, grenade launcher and explosive sniper ammo disappearing glitches ( I still have those and just gave up lmao) 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You could try reporting a missing in-game item, but I doubt they'll give you the car: https://support.rockstargames.com/categories/200013306?step=766ba2b3

Personally, I'd do an extra heist replay glitch and buy the car outright. I haven't got time to do the wheel respin glitch until I get the car.

 

Next time when you spin the wheel, make sure you know in advance which garage has a free slot. The game loves screwing people out of the podium car, so don't feel bad for cheating.

When you win the podium car, you have about 30 seconds or so to select the garage you want it to go to. After this it kicks you off the menu.

There is no way to recover the prize in this instance and I doubt R* will give it you. 

This happened to me years ago with the Dinka Sugoi and the best advice is know in advance or just send it to any garage first and then sort out formalities later.
