Is there a mod that all makes 3 homies carrying a weapon

Is there a mod that makes all 3 homies carrying a weapon instead of cigarette and beer and one of them is sometimes unarmed?

Just like in gta3 or VC

I know you can change gang's weapons in save game editors but that dosen't solve the problem.

Is there some working mod that can change this? Or can it be somehow changed in main.scm?

Thanks, but unfortunately I can't make it to work. I paste it in cleo folder and nothing happens

Reason for that is because game spawn them with cigarette or drink to looks more realistic. But you can add more gang members in pedgrp.dat and more of them will spawn with weapons.
