Doomsday Heist Setup Not Working Right

So I’ve purchased a facility and began the process of going through the doomsday heist. Right away, I’m not able to do the first setup after the first prep work has been completed. It gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to go into a new session. I couldn’t fix this but just decided to move onto the next prep work, did that, which was getting the deluxos. Then when I go to do the set up for this part, titled “Signal Interceptors”, I notice right away that even though I am able to actually get past the loading screen for this part, when it loads in for me to invite people and whatnot, it loads me into the set up titled “Khanjali”, which by looking at the descriptions I see is completely different from what I originally selected. It does allow me to play this setup and complete it, but no progress is made in the overview screen of the heist planning room because I didn’t do the right set up. It is the same situation for the third prep and set up, the prep work is correct, but the setup is different (I’m assuming it is a setup for a different Act?). I have no idea what to try to even fix this. I’m assuming the issue is that it’s even though the prep work is correct, something is happening when I go to do the set ups and it’s having me do setups for a different act when I haven’t even completed the first one yet.

That's weird. Sounds to me like it's bugged. I suggest you do all the preps for act 1 first, then go to an Invite-Only session to start the setups.

Odd, 

I think if I was in your position I would call Lester and cancel the heist and then start it again - then do a run through in order in an invite only session of the heist.
