SAMP ASI Loader don't working on Windows 11, i can't use ASI files don't opening i'm tryed to another gta's but don't working how to fix it?

After I format the computer, there is a Sophia script, I am using it, I will ask if it is because of it, but I think it would be ridiculous if it was because of it.
