ModLoader can't add entries to IMG files in GTA 3 without crashing the game

So far ModLoader has worked good enough for me in VC and SA, but GTA 3 is giving me headaches. I always get a crash whenever I have a mod enabled that needs to inject files into gta3.img. I don't really want to edit the file manually.

Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs? Did you ever wonder...
