The (MTL) Wastelander is a large off-road flatbed introduced in the Import/Export update. It costs $658, 350, but if you completed Breakdown Recovery Special Vehicle Work, then you can unlock a trade price for it at $495,000. It's one of the fastest service vehicles in the game and is amazing for off-roading. Other than that it's rather useless. You'd think you'll be able to carry car on it like it's made for, but nah that's too much work for Rockstar. You can hang on its back though. Also with it being a mobile platform, it could be really devastating when partnering up with a guy in a Ballistic Equipment. Just watch out for the flying bikes and tanks and all of the above.
