SA Sound Converter ReadMe*File - Gta San Andreas Audio Converter This Tool Will Convert Audiobank Wav Files INTO 16-BIT Mono !! STEPS: - Start SanAndreasSoundConverter.exe - Select Wav File "Example : sound_001" - At The Section Of "Output Audio File" Set This -- samples 16 bits channels 1 mono - Now Select A Destination To Save It By Clicking "Save AS" Thats It LINKS : MEGA.NZ If Link Will Don't Work !!
