Hacker joins ongoing race and kicks people out of it

I was doing stunt races with my friend and just in the middle of it some guy named DarkSide(not sure if that's correct username) connects to us. There was no notification for that, we just heard very loud siren, he wrote something in russian and after a few seconds he kicked us out of the race.  And after a few hours the same thing happened, so it seems that he is able to track us in some way, but still the most unusual thing, that worries me a lot is joining ongoing race.

 

Did somebody also encounter such thing? Maybe some of you could tell me of any known mod menus or other stuff that allows to do such things?

Things like this have been going on for years. I remember back in 2018 I was doing a motorcycle stunt race, and suddenly Jesus appeared and hauled a dude off his bike before the race started.
