A pretty boring area west of las venturas that is, well, still boring but with something else to see now at least

 

Added a bunch of street lights, some trees and buildings to the vinicity of the strip club, check the screenshots for details and before/after

 

NO LODS - I felt like too much work for what it is - a couple new houses and a hotel. I recommend pd2fx for higher draw distances anyway.
