Model_special_features Error from fastman92 limit adjuster

d I have fastman92 limit adjuster v6.3. I have installed the vehicles in fine, I till now played on version 1.8. But then I upgraded to v6.3 The game dosn't even launch despite me correcting the ini and activating model_special_features.dat . There isn't even a crash log. The error I get its:-

Vehicle special features are incompatible with model special features. You can't have both enabled at the same time.

what is vehicle special features?

Another question is Improved vehicle features, vehicle functions and tuning mod compatible with fastman92 limit adjuster?

How do I remove this vehicle special features?

Whats more how do I add(not replace) a tank(rhino)? I got the thing to spawn, got a canon script (.cs) for it too ,but the turret dosn't rotate... Its just locked straight ahead Any way I can get it to rotate(Possibly with model_special_features.dat?) Is it also possible to keep Improved vehicle features so I can get my cars to keep the animated spoilers?

I deleted the improved vehicle features, and vehicle functions mod to try to fix up the error but it didn't work at all. same error again :(.

I only need to ask one more thing now... Is improved vehicle features compatible with Fastman limit adjuster? it is with v1.8 but with the versions with model_special_vehicle_features.dat, the game always crashes:( Is there a special compatibility patch for asi files? how do I get both of them in? Please Help!! If it is compatible can anyone link the version that is?
