Game crashes every time I hit a pedestrian with fists or any weapons

Hi, I am new to the GTAForums. I am very happy to be a part of the community here. The main reason why I am here is to find someone who can help me with this annoying bug. I'd be very appreciated if anyone helps me get this crap fixed. Thank you for your attention!

So recently, I've been occurring a bug which basically crashes my game when I hit or shoot a pedestrian, here's the log for it:

Edit: I have modifications installed, I tried removing all my mods to see if the issue still persisted but it didn't seem to work. It also crashes with SAMP too.

I used a crash handler from a youtuber (I will provide you a more specific log if asked)

Uninstall the game, delete all files in the game folder and reinstall the game.

I found out that the reason for the crash was the Fair Police mod I downloaded a day ago. Thank you for your care and concern, salutations!

this guy was also having that EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION problem..
