Problem replacing cars in downgraded GTA IV Complete Edition (1.0.7.0)

Hello, right now I'm trying to replace all the cars in the game with real life cars. When I got to replacing the rancher and uranus, I ran into some problems. When I try replacing them, the vanilla model spawns in, but with the interior and lights textures missing. I tried using different car mods, but still ran into the same problem. I'm using OpenIV to replace the cars. Does anyone know what could cause this?

I had similar issues recently. You fix it by replaced the handling given in the download.

Try to replace all the given files, in any modification download you trying to install & play with in-game.

if that's it not working, the modification might be broken,

 

You can try to contact the creator of the mod, and ask for a solution or hot-fix if there is any author with the mod.

I replaced the handling and other files, but that did not fix it
