Key to Her Heart mission - cutscene won't trigger

I'm playing the Xbox 360 disc. During the part where I'm following Millie home I have a problem with cutscenes not triggering when they're supposed to. First time she arrived at the sex shop it didn't matter how close or far away I moved, she just stayed sitting in her car in the car park (with the red arrow to follow still above it) instead of the cutscene of her walking in triggering. Reloaded my save and the next time that part worked. But then when she got home the same thing happened, she was just sitting in her car in her driveway instead of the next cutscene triggering. There was even the red marker across the street where you're supposed to park to trigger it but driving/walking into it did nothing.

 

Anyone know if this is a known issue or if there's anything I can do about it? Googling it just brings up problems people have with dating her.

Could it be that your disc is damaged? I also tried searching for the bug but found nothing. Considering how many times these versions crash I wouldn't be surprised if markers were also screwed.

I don't think so as the only other problems I've had with it have been known glitches of this version (eg radio songs skipping to the end and dialogue sometimes cutting out in the middle of a cutscene). Haven't had any problems with cutscenes/next parts of missions triggering or with entering markers, and no freezing or anything like that. I've completed the game to over 80%, seems to just be a problem with this mission.

 

It might end up working, since the first cutscene I'd had a problem with did work on the second attempt. Was just hoping there's a solution other than playing the whole mission over and over lol. Like perhaps being too close or too far away at certain points can mess it up?

No such bug in the original versions so I suppose it's just a rare bug in the remastered versions. I guess you just gotta try until it works.

It worked in the end! Seems like it's something dodgy where it won't always let her quite reach the destinations. Maybe her car was stuck just before it or whatever. Characters you have to follow getting stuck is kind of a thing in GTA I guess (I know it can happen in that trailing mission with Manny in IV) so it's probably just an example of that.
