Issues with shadows rendering on the PC version

Hi, check below a video demonstrating the problem. When I move a few steps away from a shadow next to me, the shadow becomes very blurry. I've already tried increasing the shadow-related graphics settings but this issue still persists. Here are the detailed graphic settings from settings.xml that I'm using in the game:
