One is on the south side of the first island beside the last boat house "in the water" south of where Cortez's yat is/was. Do not look for it beside this broken boat. Why? Because you want find the submarine. Go north of the North Point Mall and you might see another broken ship similiar to the other one. If you find it you are going in the right direction. Go a little more northeast from this sunken boat and you will find the submarine. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years. I don't care how fast you can go, cause i got you beat with my Faggio!!!
