GTA SA Crash after vehicle mod

I was replacing the maverick with a mod, and game is crashing. i tried using a backup gta3.img i had which has no hd textures mod and same vehicles modded, also I disabled cleo. I then replaced the maverick again and this time when ran game and spawned maverick the game did not crash. So at this point i think it might be due to the gta3.img being to large or a memory issue. How do i fix?
