Mods that enable to use DLC Cars and Weapons in GTA IV:TCE

Like the title suggests, I want to know of such mods. I know we can use EFLC Vehicle Addon Pack in the game which comes with compatibility of the DLCs but there aren't any mods that enable the player to use DLC Weapons in the base game with compatibility of the DLCs (As of what I know). I included Cars only because I though there might be a mod that does this but over writes the files from EFLC Vehicle Addon Pack and make the game crash, made DLCs un-playable or removed the added vehicles. Please tell something if anyone knows of such mod.
