Is there any one here that knows a Way to get a old login for online working again had it on and old email and i cant remember the passform for the login on psn?

You can request a password reset on SocialClub, if you have access to the email Adress.

If you no longer have access to the email, it may be difficult to recover the account. Since there is no real method to prove you are the account owner. Maybe via the PSN Id but I'm not sure about that.

If you have Social club linked to your PSN account, then you should be able to log into Social club on the web through your PSN ID. If you're able to get through, I'd get the email from SC settings and attempt login of that email + password reset. 

I've had to do this before when I couldn't remember mine.
