Problem ps5 version

First off hi to all, new to the forum and i need help im afraid 😳 

 

recently migrated to ps5 version, online only with no issues, then tried to set up a new 2nd character, i hit save and continue and since then im now stuck with nothing but a black loading screen,  tried the usual things, restarting ps5/router, clearing cache, re installing the game, it just loads up online mode to 90% then goes to black screen again! 
i can’t do anything!! Any help would be much appreciated as i have alot of years invested in this game, many thanks!
