Adroxter
Is it any possible to change vanilla car sounds that are located in x64 ->dlc packs? I've tried but only the vanilla cars from update.rpf are changed. After pasting the new audio hash to the vehicle.meta in update.rpf nothing changes. Anyone got a solve for that? Gotcash

Simple solution is to copy the dlcpack into the mods folder and change the vehicles.meta in that dlcpack. Yeah it kinda sucks to need to have a 3.? GB dlcpack duplicated to change a sound but it should work. You could also try creating an addon pack that just updates the vehicles.meta for those dlcpack cars, so like your normal addon car but just with vehicles.meta in it. This would be a quick thing to test as well as it would only take a couple of minutes to create a pack. No idea if it would work because I don't change anything car related in the game anymore but it's worth a try. Edit: The addonpack method didn't work... or maybe I did it wrong. Edit: Just looking at a handling mod and noticed something I had forgotten about, in update.rpf there is a dlc_patch folder for each dlc, have you tried editing the vehicles.meta in there? For example mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpheist3\common\data\levels\gta5 contains a vehicles.meta for the vehicles released with the mpheist3 dlc.
