Personal bonuses and "news.json" [unique artwork request]

We all know there is the so called Big Feed that is shown during GTA V or Online initial loading screen or during mid-game loading while being in the clouds. It's a well-known fact that the messages and the pictures shown there are loaded from here (pcros can be replaced with ps4, ps5, xboxone and xboxsx but it's mostly the same). However, this Big Feed sometimes show stuff unique to a specific player or group of players: money/RP adjusted, bonus cash received, special Shark Card offer etc.

 

I'm pretty sure these unique messages aren't loaded from the same JSON file since I never found any of such messages even browsing through many archived versions of this file using Web Archive. There's probably another JSON file it comes from, any idea how to access it? Could it also be stored in tunables?

 

Actually asking to have a chance to get this artwork from a November 2020 special offer in original quality since pictures and messages (prod.cloud.rockstargames.com/global/sc/news/%k_hash_or_name%/en.json) don't seem to get deleted from the server even after they've expired. Let me know if you know something about it or had downloaded the original DDS file in the past.

It's a server-side privilege access. @alloc8or would have more knowledge of the matter. But basically, there's no way to access such messages without Rockstar themselves featuring you within the targeted list of select players. Because when the game loads up news.json, the server inserts that extra "Just For You" feed post.

 

Unfortunately, ever since Rockstar started hashing the file name of such messages, it became harder to find them. I have only so far received this special message.

Well, the November 2020 part could be a bit of a red herring, since that was that date that particular account of mine received that offer and I remembered to screengrab it. It could have been offered to other players any time from the Heists update until now, really. I'll have a look through my duplicates archive and see if I got it on another account any earlier.

 

EDIT:

OK, so checked my archives, that "First Heist" screen would have appeared for all players who hadn't done a heist yet for that event week from 26 Nov 2020 to 9 Dec 2020. Players who had already done a heist got a slightly different screen.

[No Homing]

Those special offers are a scam anyway. I had one that told me to complete the FIB data breach mission for the contract to get a 100k bonus, and that was last month, still haven't received my 100k.

What's the point of sending out these special offers if they don't work at all?

Bit late to the discussion, but I do have something interesting. I have been running a script that has been saving the ids of events since like June 2021. I don't think it missed a week, but obviously I'm not checking it every few days. Now I know it is a bit later than the event that you are looking for but it might be worth a shot to check it out. Also has some old PS3 era events as well.
