Question about new tutorial in GTA 5 online for PS5

I noticed that there is a new tutroial for new online players on GTA 5 (PS5 VERSION) but how will us players who have been playing for a long time get the chance to experience the new tutorial that's being talked about for the new PS5 upgrade. ?

I think (no-one knows for sure yet, mind you) that the new tutorial will go hand-in-hand with the career builder. That is to say, if you start Online fresh on PS5/XBSX you'll get to experience the redesigned tutorial and you'll get the $4M helping hand as you start your new business (Executive, Gunrunner, Night Club Owner, Biker). 

 

Existing players probably won't get to see the tutorial unless they reset / start over - and obviously, you won't get that starter cash either if you carry on from 'old gen'. 

 

That's what I'm guessing anyway.
