Payphone hits repeating?

Last few days I keep on getting the same payphone hit even though I have completed it like 4 times now, is this a known bug? Its the popstar one that I have completed the assassination bonus with using both truck cab and the police car to make him crash

Starting from the office or phoning for one or answering a random payphone?

I also found out that repeating happens if you answer the same payphone. So I'm traveling to a different payphone location and it looks like it provide a better chance for a different hit.

I live on the Payphone Hits! A Payphone Hit is the first thing I do when I log in. Great money! About 4 times a HeadHunter payout and usually not too much longer to complete. It seems to be 3 variations of 5 different Hits (CoFounder,Popstar,Judge,Executive,and Trolls). It is completely random.

(BTW-the only Popstar I may do if I am in the mood and have the time is the chase the Popstar with the cop car-because it is fun. The Truck cab and gang car are annoying to me so I just blow him up. I still get 15k for about 2 minutes or less time and effort).

Like I said,I do a lot of them and over time you will see they are random. If you flip a coin and it comes up heads 1,000 times in a row,on your 1,001 flip you still have a 50/50 chance of heads...if you do enough of the Hits you will see they are random.

There is a bug. I have an Arcade in La Mesa and a Warehouse in Murietta Heights and I cannot call in a Hit from those 2 locations because it sends you to a phone next to an ATM and you cannot answer the phone. I tried everything including RPGing the ATM and phone. You cannot answer it; so you wasted a Payphone Hit. Its a bug.
