GTA 4 Complete Edition - PS3 - Black Screen

Hello, I bought the "GTA 4 Complete Edition" for the PS3. The game started normally until the moment you choose one of the 3 game versions. (See picture) - I choose a variant (In this case the normal GTA 4) -Picture-

After that there is only a "Black screen".

I always have to turn off the console completely because nothing happens even after 20 minutes.

-I have already cleaned the disc.

-Console and game are up to date.

-All other games work fine.

(I have the same problem as this guy:)

 

Anyone have an idea whats the problem? Thanks!

 

Console: 320GB Slim (CECH-3004B - PAL) (The console is not modded!)

Maybe reinstalling the game might fix the issue

-I have already tried deleting my gamedata/savegame of GTA 4.

 

-I've also tried this: "Take-Two suggests PS3 GTAIV fix"

 

-And reseted my ps3 to factory settings. (Fast way)

 

The console had the regular GTA 4 (not the complete edition) installed at the time, if that makes a difference.  But, like I said I already deleted the data and reseted it.

 

 Does anyone have any idea what else could fix the black screen/problem?

Check if the disc has any scratches

Try installing the game on HDD
