[SA] Need help! model display wrong

Hi! Everyone, I create a model as a effect part for my mod, but I got a problem when I use it in game. Here is the picture.

Left side is create actor, the other one change from CJ. I do not know why the issue happen, So I post my code in follow. Please help me!! Thanks in advance!
