FOR GOD'S SAKE, PLEASE HELP

right now I'm in such an awful moment with my modded GTA San Andreas! Let me tell you the whole story (sorry for bad English) -

I was making a total conversion mod with a mix of various other mods. And I was using the 1.0 us version

First, everything was totally fine! The game didn't crash at all (except sometimes after playing for a decent time, but that is obvious since it was heavily modified). But suddenly my PC started to give slow performence, so I decided to re-setup my windows 10. Fortunately, my PC became Super-Freakin'-Fast! But...

Unfortunately, GTA san Andreas had some kind of problem since then.

it's now crashing after an absolute 50% of loading. Some people around the internet told me to do these :

1. Reinstall the game

2. Delete .col files from mod folders

3. Delete GTA san Andreas user files

folder from documents

4. Install DirectX

5. Run compatibility Mode for Windows 98 Me

I did everything

But Unfortunately

Reinstalling the game didn't work as well as deleting GTA SA user folder and running in windows 98 Me compatibility

I already had DirectX 12

But deleting the .col files of the mods kinda worked

But then after just a few seconds of playing it or passing a cutscene  crashes the game again

Most importantly if this error is being caused by collision files, then why didn't it crash before new windows re-setup?

Let me remind you again,*The game was completely fine before the new Windows setup.*

So now The last thing I can depend on is your help!

Can anyone please detect what's wrong with my game and what's the fix?

(Not Solved Yet)

@Deedat1234 You can install your game at "C:/Games". You can also install all the other games init. This will be healthy for "Cleo Scripts" if you are using Sanny Builder.. talking about mods you have to install it ONE BY ONE and test it by opening the game.. Eventually you may have to say goodbye to one or more of your mods 😔 there are some badly written or "musn't installed together" mods in the internet and you must tell us which mods you are trying to install 🙂

I told you bro, non of the mods crashed earlier. The game was 100% fine before I got the new Windows 10 installed
it's crashing after getting a new Windows 10.
So I don't think It's a fault of a mod, otherwise it should've crashed earlier too
But thanks anyway 😀

Maybe your Windows 10's features needs some updates.. why don't you wait for Windows 10 to be fully updated?  🙂

Ok but, what type of features did you mean? I've installed Visual C++ and DirectX and even enabled them, but still there's no luck!

So please can you tell me if GTA San Andreas requires any other features than DirectX and Visual C++ ?

Ok bro, here's an update
I've decided to delete the collision mod files anyways.
but after that, it's still crashing
it's crashing about of 1-2 minutes of playing the game
so I Installed a crash handler
and here's the info :

GTA San Andreas crashed, Debug info follows

gta info :

error : unknown

Exception at address : 0x00532B82
Exception Code : 0x0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Registers:
EAX 0xFFFFFFFF         EBX 0x00000000
ECX 0x139EE354        EDX 0x00000000
ESI 0x139EFFFF          EDI  0x139EE354
EBP 0x00000000       ESP 0x0177F444

last opcode : 0001 in thread 'main' (0xA90750)

now can you please tell me what's the matter?

There are some solutions on the internet (Especially about EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) even on this forum.. 🙂

BRO I just discovered that my GTA San Andreas is crashing because of High-Res Textures
I saw that many of the textures are loading way after going near of it, So I've putted largeaddress, mixsets, and many cleo scripts in it
but unfortunately, still San Andreas is not detecting that amount of ram as I wanted
I've 8gb ram and before the windows setup, it could detect 4gb ram with largeaddress
but now what should I do?

Mistookly putted In instead of I in one of the sentence

There is also a solution about this "Largeadress" in this forum. Unfortunately i'm not expert and i was only trying to advise you some standard solutions. I can also advise you to install "Silent Patch". It won't fix your RAM problem but it will fix some ingame problems. 😉

Finally, the thing is fixed!

I can't believe it fixed the problems
So what I did is I've put several cleo scripts of 4GB Ram fix and stream memory fix.
after putting all scripts and largeaddress all together, nothing happens now
But thanks anyway for atleast trying to help me 😊
