GTA:SA - Best option to get better water without ENB Series?

I am searching for a replacement for the ENB Series water settings.

Pure ENB series water works fine for me, but it is too transparent.

The solution is to enable "UseWaterDeep", but my FPS are much too low, no matter what settings or which version of ENB Series.

 

I will keep ENB Series for reflections, AA and anisotropic filtering, but the water needs a replacement.

So what is the best alternative for ENB Series water?

 

If possible, I would prefer something transparent, but I also would use some good textures.

Just give me your ideas, on how to make my rivers and oceans look better
