RDR is now fully playable on Xenia.

So as of somewhat recently, the big issues surrounding rdr's functionality on xenia have been fixed. This means camping works, whistling horse, random events, grass no longer disappears.

 

The performance on the newer builds has been the same for around 5~ months or so, however there is also game patches which can help people with low or average pc's achieve stable fps.

 

For example there is 'no shadows', 'no trees' or my favourite; '480p mode'. 

 

480p mode doesn't look great, however using it and combining it with magpie fsr upscaling, it looks very similar to ps3.

This is great news. I'm going to have to try it out myself. Been waiting for this for a while.
