How to make an avalanche map in creator mode on xbox

Since bookmarking jobs in the Rockstar social club currently isn't working, I want to create my own vehicular avalanche map.

 

I've seen youtube videos like this one:

and this one (which I suspect might only be available in 5M, considering the crazy nature of infinite vehicles and pedestrians falling out of the sky):

With my existing knowledge of creator mode on Xbox, I am bound by the following limitations:

*Capture maps have a placement limitation of 20 vehicles

*Last Team Standing and Deathmatch maps have a placement limitation of 30 vehicles

*You can place some dynamic props and buoys in mid air, but you cannot place vehicles in mid air, or on non-flat surfaces

 

But as you saw in those videos (which apparently are Capture maps), they placed the vehicles in mid air and it looked like way more than 20-30 vehicles. How do they do that?
