Buildings inspired by or based on real locations..

I am working on a map mod similar to Real LA Architecture mod for GTA V and I would like to see some of the buildings in San Andreas compared to their real life counterparts. Specifically the ones that aren't common knowledge or mentioned on the wikis. For example, the Well Stacked Pizza in Idlewood seems very obviously based on Shakey's Pizza Parlor in Inglewood.

I'm not sure if you've seen it (and admittedly it is only loosely related) but I feel like you'd enjoy this topic which @Mehaniq has been periodically updating with real-life texture sources. I'm almost certain he'd be a great help. Honestly, his content has been nothing short of amazing to me. The only ones I have to suggest are the super obvious ones like the casinos and hotels in LV, but I'm positive there's inspiration from other lesser known buildings in the various states that fly over the heads of anybody unfamiliar.
