Tonya stranger and freak weapons glitch

Hey guys I'm not sure if this glitch has already been discovered but if you pick up all spawn weapons in Los Santos etc handgun, smg or carbine rifle and then do tonya first mission if you try shooting near tonya it will cause mission failed exit the mission and you will notice that all the weapon you pick up except dlc is gone but the weapon that you use while shooting is still available I dunno why this happens can somebody tell me? Sorry I can't speak English very well     p/s: I test it on PlayStation 3
