[SA] How to edit a car to let one of the doors open?

Hey, 

Basically I own an Instagram where I make some french rappers and celebrities and put them in the game (aswell as weapons/objects if needed). I inspire myself from videoclips for the screenshots situations.

The next one im planning to make has 2 interesting scenes (I put 2 screens in the Instagram post most of the time). In one of them he's alone in a passenger seat, door opened.

Is there a way in 3DS MAX to let this door always open? Even tho I have many skills as I make skins since 2015 and weapons/objects since 2019, I dont know much about vehicles.
