Ballas squads just won't spawn in Balla hoods. They reraly appear and you need to kill atleast 3 balla members to start a gang war. Most of the time i spot Grove str. Member squads with up to 6 guys! Are these isolated pockets of purple you're attempting to take over? I've had experiences where there are relatively small areas of Balla territories surrounded by captured neighbourhoods and there's been very low numbers spawning, particularly towards the end when the map is almost completely taken over by the Grove. I've wasted a lot of time driving back and forth or circling the block just to get three Balla members to spawn. Something tells me this isn't the case with you though. ArmanCan Posted February 26 Share Posted February 26 (edited) @CJsmominexile sometimes GSF members hangs around the ballas turf if it's a neighbour territory.. that means they tresspasses and it becomes difficult to find a ballas.. In this case you may have to leave the area and come back to your target territory.. If it's a mixed territory or a weak territory (like Veronica or Santa Maria Beach) both gangs or ballas doesn't spawns with enough numbers so you may have to leave and comeback again.. Are you running any mods currently? No mods. I'm playing on PS4. I'm trying to take over all of their main territories (Those on the east parts). They are all connected and aren't weak.
