Earned cash not appearing

I've recently been experiencing an issue where cash earned as part of missions isn't appearing in my account. Recent examples include one of the Dre prep missions to claim his car back, got the 'PASSED' screen, then the total of RP and cash earned ($9k), after that get a black screen with a loading wheel in the bottom right corner which stays for a couple of minutes and then when it eventually gets back to a lobby there's no cash.

 

I know that's happening because I'm banking cash before and when I go to my balance afterwards to bank my proceeds, there's no funds in need of banking.

 

Any ideas...?

 

*EDIT* Also, I'm not getting the table up at the conclusion which states how many kills/deaths each player got? I just did another heist prep, as part of the prison break series.... earned Platinum, $15600 earned, no KD table and back into Freeplay but only $23 in my account and can't bank due to insufficient funds?

Very few missions pay you cash-in-hand, did you check your bank balance before and after, or your Maze bank transactions?

Both of the mentioned missions (should) pay in cash.

Hi both - thanks for taking the time to reply.

 

No there’s no record of the cash landing in the bank or in my hand. I know there is something unusual as I am not getting the end-of-mission table of stats, I get a long loading page, and I am then returned to a session where I default back to my apartment as if starting the game for the first time, rather than being on the street with other players from the mission. This has happened on the ‘quick mission’ type events, as well as on heists. The only way I seem to be able to successfully get cash into my account is through special cargo… anything mission-related doesn’t work and anything I earn just disappears into the ether as if I’d never participated.
