Help game laggs after cayo update

hey guys i have a problem it happened to me after cayo hiest update my game lags some times and goes fast my specs are GC : GTX 1050TI 4GB OC CPU : Intel Core i5-6600K Gigabyte H-270 Gaming 12GB Ram corsair vengeance even without mods it lags but other games they work well on high
