It's because they hired private investigators to track down and harass the family of a guy making an HD mod for Red Dead Redemption 1 until he cancelled the project, when they couldn't convince him to do it by harassing just the mod author. Imagine getting panicked calls from your family because strange men showed up at their door and threatened them. Because you were making a mod for a video game.
