My initial Rockstar G. support ticket -

 

I'm not really sure as I don't have any real understanding of codes, but I've been playing all but the pacific standard because Lester won't call about it. I waited in-game days for that call now,

I don't know how this bug is reproducible, as again - it's your product, not mine! I want to play the pacific standard, instead of wating

Thank you for getting back to us and we are sorry to hear the issue persists.

In order for this to be fixed, we would like to suggest you join a friends or other players Pacific Standard Heis, as finishing one of the missions should trigger Lester calling you to complete your own.

I guess Rockstar broke the phone calls. They recently tried to reduce phone calls in freemode, because new players were getting too much spam calls (mostly about buying all the businesses).

I'm guessing you are still getting a few of those spam calls, and then the game decides you have had enough phone calls and Lester has to wait.

 

How long are you staying in sessions on average?

As for my input:

I'm not sure what Rockstar support told you will work or not, but there is an alternative solution, which I did: get a friend to host the whole Pacific Standard heist for you, including all the setups.

You hosted up to Series A finale (All In Order I assume), so you only need to complete Pacific Standard.

After completing all the heists (either as crew member or as host) you unlock the ability to host any heist at any time, so you won't have to host them in order after that, or wait for a phone call that never comes.

You can even keep your All-In-Order challenge progress this way, there is no requirement to be host for any of the 2015 heist achievements.

There comes a lot of phone calls, and the undisconnectable "change dj" call almost come once or more at each session, where the one unlocking the pacific standard from Lester haven't been since I'd had a reset.

 

I played many hours since completing A Series, and been through the pacific standard once with another player before but not with a friends as suggested because I may need help with that

Session time use varies, sometimes not even five minutes sometimes more than an hour..
