Exhausts ignited my deluxo.

I was doing preps for Doomsday heist. And i was nearly in Los Santos customs ready to repaint the deluxo. But a flame came out of my exhaust and it started burning the back of the car it didnt explode neither did any visual damage but my prep failed. And i wondered if its even possible and how rare it is.

It almost sounds like you've had a lobby split.

The reason I say this is because something very similar happens when sourcing vehicle cargo. 

When you split from a lobby, the car you're driving begins to flame and will explode resulting in source failure. 

 

If this wasn't the case, you're sure there was no damage to the car during the gunfire exchange in the garage where you got the cars from?

Never heard this happen before tbh.
