If the plan is to expand it over time I could see the game lasting at least twice as long as GTA V already has. It would make a fair amount of sense to reboot, at least the numbering convention, if that were the case. In that scenario future expansions could be named after the new setting. esbe Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 I wouldn't be hugely surprised if it was some variation on GTA World/GTA Next/GTA Future (Not suggesting that the whole world is included or that it's set in the future)... something that transcends the numbering in some way to reflect where they're wanting to go with this but I'm still thinking the most likely is GTA VI. Hard to come up with alt names for a game like GTA tbh. My guess being something to do with time and a map that morphs and expands in singleplayer and even more so during online. GTA If multiple locations is the main gamechanger in itself. Nice callback to GTA1 which included all 3 of the major GTA locations We're not waiting that long for just a spinoff, we've already got the modern albeit scaled down equivalent of those within GTAO.
