[HELP]Street Lights Mod Problem

Hi, I'm currently having a problem with this mod changing streetlights.

I replaced lodlights.rpf and v_traffic_lights.rpf and the change in appearance was reflected without any problem, but apparently there is a problem with vfxfogvolumeinfo.ymt which is replaced by the oiv installer.

”v_traffic_lights.rpf” Place it Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ x64h.rpf \ levels \ gta5 \ props \ roadside

”lodlights.rpf” Place it Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ update.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5

”vfxfogvolumeinfo.ymt” Place it in Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ x64a.rpf \ data \ effects

 

so there should be no problem with these installations.
