List of "secret" grinding rewards in GTAO

Hello,

 

I was wondering if someone had a list of the "secret" or rather unexplicited reward you get by grinding the game.

 

That includes any reward you'd get by reaching a certain grinding milestone, such as the alien tattoo after 600 bunker resupplies.

 

More specifically, I'm interested in all statues / physical items you get in your properties after reaching a milestone. I'm aware of the records / statues you get as part of the Contract DLC, what about the others? I heard you were getting statues after reaching a certain amount of crates? Same with vehicle warehouse or imports?

 

Do you know if such list exist somewhere?

You're looking for things with a physical presence, not one-time things like the text from Brucie after doing 100 Exotic Exports. Right? A good keyword to use while searching online for this information would be "clutter." Here's what I remember for awards. It's from memory so some information may be incorrect. 

 

The Office crate missions give clutter of money on the floor and boxes of stuff around the office, I think the boxes max out in around the time it takes to fill a large warehouse and the floor money makes out after making $12m in sales. The desk statue changes what material it is made from depending on how many crate missions you do, I think the last version is unlocked with 1000 missions. I think the amount of money you can see in the Office safe depends on how many sales you've done as well. There is clutter in the Motorcycle Clubhouse from doing business sales. Not sure how much of each you need to sell to maximize the clutter. Night Club has some things that sit on your desk, a trophy for getting the dancing award and a box for... something... Business battles? And one item of each type of product you can sell will appear in the safe. The Arcade has a trophy cabinet for trophies earned by playing the video games. I've heard the claw machine dolls also appear on the desk and become available to place in the Casino Penthouse. I don't recall if there is an Alien Egg trophy that appears when you complete the grind for the tattoo. I remember talk about the egg, but it may have been people talking about finding it in game files and wondering what it was for. The facility gets some props for completing the Doomsday Heist and the closets are filled with clothes when you play through all of the different roles in the missions.

 

I don't think anything appears with the I/E vehicle warehouse. I think R* didn't add anything because they were responding to all of the complaints about the Office clutter. The Casino penthouse gets dirty over time, but that's not really an unlockable. I don't think the Sub or Auto Shop has anything either. Bunker has the free ammo that appears (and awarded clothing) if you beat the shooting range challenges, but that's not really clutter or a trophy.

 

Personally I also consider any vehicle garage spot where only a specific vehicle can be placed to be a prop/clutter/trophy. Special Vehicles in the I/E basement, Bunker MOC and anti-aircraft trailer, Facility vehicles, Night Club sales vehicles and Terrorbyte, Arena Cerberus spots, Terrorbyte OPmk2, and Kosatka Toreador and moon pool vehicles. I also left my I/E garage full of top end collections and a casino heist ready to for to fill the Arcade basement with props. While I'm thinking of it, I should leave my warehouses half full of crates too.

There's a whole bunch of "awards" that list how close you are to completing Silver, Gold and Platinum levels under your statistics menu. Most are not tied to "Trophies" or "Achievements" but do award RP and occasionally cash, tatoos, etc.

As an owner of the UFO tattoo and golden crate statue, I'd really recommend you don't go down that route. There's got to be a better use of your time.

In addition to what the others have said, there are also a few for the Agency, Nightclub and Arcade.

 

Agency:

• Completing 50 contracts gives you an "Employee of the Year" trophy
• Completing the Dre chain will leave you with a few knick-knacks - some drumsticks, a golf bag, a pair of Ballas/Families bobbleheads, and a collection of gold records
• Every assassination will award an item for the first time you complete its secondary objective
• Likewise, every Short Trip mission will do the same

Nightclub:

• There's a trophy connected to the business battles award, the time spent dancing award, and the award for keeping your nightclub at max popularity
• Every individual product type you sell will leave an item in your safe (I believe this also applies to the Clubhouse)
• Selling a full load (not sure if it has to be maximum or just using the largest vehicle) will give you a chest for your desk

Arcade:

• Collecting all of the cabinets that were available at the Diamond Heist's launch will give you a trophy for your display case
• There's a secret trophy that the Nazar Speaks cabinet will eventually give you if you talk to it enough
• Every other cabinet has a corresponding trophy for its mastery award
• PRBG plushies won from the claw machine will appear in your office, and also become decorations for your Penthouse (similar to the collectible figures)

There are also a bunch of trophies to get for Arena Wars, but if you value your sanity then STAY AWAY. They were borderline impossible even back when the mode was populated.

The CEO money piles and safe depend on your bank account. If you run out of cash it will start disappearing. But the random crate clutter stays, it depends on missions done.

 

There's money and chips in the Penthouse safe that depend on the amounts of each you have on your character. A pile per million or something like that, you have to buy chips religiously for a lot of time. You get outfits for various collectibles, like the playing cards and shipwrecks. Also extra props for your Penthouse like the figurines. There's also the Epsilon outfit for giving enough money to the bathroom dude in the Nightclub. Kifflom shirt for getting the right spawn after passing out in the club.

 

Some of the stuff is simply completely not worth it. I tend to be a completionist in games and even I couldn't be bothered with the bunker resupplies or the 1000 crate missions. It's not only an insane waste of time, it's also not fun at all. And there's really no point, you can't 100% this game anyway because of stuff like Arena War and other dead game modes. A lot of the time they just put random big numbers into the scripts without thinking twice about it.

To add clarity, CEO money piles depend on both. The maximum amount of money clutter you can see is based on money made from crate sales. The amount of money clutter you do see is based on the amount of money in your bank account, up to the clutter amount you unlocked by the sales. If you never sell crates you will never see the money piles, even if you have $100m in the bank.

Penthouse safe maxes out at $12m in chips. Only have to convert the $50k cash to chips 240 times to fill...

You can unlock the Yung Ancestor entry disuise for the DCH via Brucie.

One that is easily missable are the vehicle parts scattered around the Facility when you get certain vehicles of yours destroyed, like the Avenger, either by yourself or someone else. Originally discovered by @aFinn.

 

On a personal note, I used to obsess about every single minute detail like this, even wrecking a few braincells trying to figure out the clothes locker in the Facility. It was this kind of obscure stuff not easily made explicit anywhere plus the ridiculous Arena War grind that made me quit not only my completionist ways in this game, but the entire thing itself.

What??? <Quick Google search and looking up the wiki page later..> Are the vehicle parts permanent? If so, I'll have destroy some vehicles.

They are permanent. There are also the lockers in the facility's entrance area, which are filled based on completed doomsday heist roles. Although they are definitely buggy, I completed cmm for doomsday and still have only like 4 outfits

Armored Paragon R. You get one once you finish all 6 Casino missions as Host.

 

Make sure you have garage space ready. Also don't sell it unless you never want it back.

I got mine from the lucky wheel, but that was only once, long time ago. I never did those missions.

Since I actually got mine without doing those missions, I think they should add the car to Warstock.

For some of us solo players, the hardest part about those missions is finding someone to help you.

I don't really care about unlocking Security Intel either, I know where the cameras are.

  You may have to complete missions on a specific team. For example, you might only get the paramedic outfit if you complete Dead Courier on the paramedic team.

True. I sold mine before it was even on the podium and never regretted it. Every platform has illegitimate means of obtaining it anyway.

True. I sold mine before it was even on the podium and never regretted it. Every platform has illegitimate means of obtaining it anyway.

Now with imani tech all executive style armoured cars are completely obsolete to the buffalo. They were already pretty useless before but now is 100%. I would argue the stock paragon is more useful than the armored.

For the Bunker there is the 600+ resupply mission that unlock the secret Alien themed resupply mission near Zancudo that give you access to the Alien abduction easter egg and tattoo

They are quite simple. 

 

The objects such as the laptop and miniature cars are related to the assassination missions and the bonuses that they have, have in mind that some of these missions need an associate to be triggered, there is a lot of information about these here in the forum and how to "cheese" them, so for example, the objective where you have to "shoot the container to drop it, in the closet CEO, in the reality show", you can just grab any container with a Cargobob and drop on your target.

 

The weed related awards are for doing the "short trip" missions, the dog with the cone will change according with your agency style.

 

The random clutter is related to doing the Dr. Dre campaign, some clutter is temporary depending on your progress, some is permanent.

 

The Gold records are related to the chapters of the Dr. Dre campaign.

 

The Partner of the year award is related to do 50 contracts, witch increase your passive agency pay out, that is maxed out at 201 missions.

Yea, that is how you get them and what I did. Most did not unlock for me. I have like 5 or so in total, which makes no sense even if I played the same roles every time.

That is a great one! Most people never heard of that!

 

How are you able to keep spinning the wheel (and why 9k times specifically)? I can't even join the spectator box on ps4 most of the time (yes I chose the proper options for it, but still) and if I do I always get placed in the match by the next round.
