These missions have little to no replay value. If I want to play Franklin, I play singleplayer.

That's how they should have been from the start, I can actually play as Lamar now lmao. Especially if they insist on forcing a second human to play with you

 

Hopefully future missions/ones like this, are available to launch via menu/on-call from the start

Agreed, but they keep going on about the fact that you no longer need to complete the Dr Dre story in order to play them. Like, we get it.

It was possibly an agreement

Dre wanted them to be AFTER his campaign otherwise they'd overshadow him(And he'd be right, I actually don't care about celebs in fact hardly any of them can actually act and sound like they're reading words. I care more about the established characters)

I really love the banter between Franklin and Lamar.  I really hope they make more of these because Lamar eats up the screen every time he's on it.

On a whim, I started hitting Dr. Dre's car with a stone tomahawk, and got a call from Franklin telling me to take it to the nearest LSC. The second to last missions of course.

Because some enemies at the construction site weren't spawning from their usual place and they were taking a different route from what I was used to see.

Once Franklin calls you about the goons showing up at the recording studio the car no longer matters. You can just get out, blow it up, and call your own car to deal with the goons.

I've played through a few times and don't f*ck around with that outside fight anymore. The inside is too annoying so I want to save lives for that. I call my mechanic as soon as I get into Dre's Champion and I press the button to summon my Toreador as soon as I see the RP pop up. Those tracking missiles make the outside fight a breeze.

I realised you could use a Toreador in Cashing Out (Casino) the second time round too.

I've done that interior fight so many times that I've memorized where every NPC sneaks up on you, and every optimal strategy to killing all of the hidden enemies. It was painful as FXX K.

It's not like they sneak up, they spawn there.  On Agency vehicle recovery missions they shoot at you while they're still flashing into place.

There's some that actually do sneak up on you. If you go into the room with the drumset, a guy will come through some doors in the room before it and shoot you in the back. It only stops being a sneak attack when instead of going forward like rockstar expects you to, you pull back and wait for the prick in the other room to come out.

I wonder how well molotovs wirk in this mission? Hopefully killing ninety eight percent of the enemies like the asset recovery mission at the strip club.
