Issues with Winter Mod 3.0 GTA VC

i installed Winter Mod 3.0 plus Rainbomizer on my game. But then i keep having HUD flickering (appearing and dissapearing for a matter of miliseconds) and then getting fps drops to like 20
Really dont know how to fix this, i only have Winter, Rainbomizer and Ginput
