[Failed Again]

Played this a bit a year ago was fun. Looks like it's come a long way.

He looks very chilled in this video alright.  

 

I haven't played grounded. I'm not a huge fan of animated-style looking games, except for things like Sonic that I started off as a kid playing. But this game got great reviews. It really shows the great work the teams over at Obsidian are doing. I think I read they want to continue with a smaller team making titles like Grounded then another teaming making Outer Worlds and then the larger team making AAA games like Avowed. They've a lot on their plate over there but the quality seems good and the games interesting. 

 

One reason to play it is the Honey, I Shrunk The Kids vibes that gives me mad nostalgia.

I've tried a bunch of times.  It's fun but moves too slow in the beginning for me.  I just can't slog it out to point where I've learned all the mechanics and game nuances enough for it to be enjoyable.  The cuteness is there for sure.  Love the big ladybugs and the scary sounds they make.

 

It seems to get some nice long term treatment development wise...that always makes me want to revist.

This game has a lot of development with the community, and it's getting nearer to full release.
