xbox game bar causes driving issues

When I was using my xbox one game controller for Windows, my car driving was  dragging and wheels spinning like I had breaks on the right trigger, but as soon as I  uninstalled all  Xbox and xbox  game bar from my PC the game car controls worked perfectly again

 

They made the xbox game bar hard to uninstall and  it's uninstall  option button was greyed out,  power shell or a third party program was required to uninstall  xbox game bar, I ended up using 

O&O App Buster to  uninstall the xbox game bar

 

Just posting my troubleshhoting  issue for bad  game control issues and how I fixed it

 

One of my xbox controllers had a enhanced option and it might of installed  this xbox  game bar program

 

there are two different xbox one game controllers for windows at walmart, one is the xbox one  gor windows and the second one is xbox one for windows 10

 

The one called xbox one for Windows and has Prismatic on the box  and afterglow  at the bottom front of the box and says app-enabled and it most likely installed this xbox one gamebar, on the side of the box they show the windows app for the controller, it's called PDP control hub and is mostly for online gamers sense it has a headphone icon with mic in the  onscreen app

You can disable the Xbox Game bar in the Windows 10/11 gaming settings, and it works - the bar won't appear or function in any way anymore, it really does suck and you don't need to forcibly uninstall it:
